Expanding diversity education opportunities, the FAFLSE and FFEIA 2022 Joint Conference had added two courses to this year’s agenda: “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through an LGBTQ Lens” presented by Shenika “Nik” Harris, Director of Strategic Outreach and Engagement for the Human Rights Campaign followed by my class offering of “Diversity and Inclusion Solutions for the Workplace.”
